I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Royal Auto for my son. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and it drove exceptionally well.Shortly after we picked it up, my son drove just a few miles to get new tires and have the vehicle detailed. On the way, the check engine light came on. We scanned the code and saw it was related to the oil pressure sensor.We contacted Royal Auto, and they immediately got in touch with Central Auto, instructing us to head straight there. What really impressed me was the way they handled the situation—no excuses, no runaround, just immediate action to make it right.Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident.
