I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Royal Auto for my son. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and it drove exceptionally well.Shortly after we picked it up, my son drove just a few miles to get new tires and have the vehicle detailed. On the way, the check engine light came on. We scanned the code and saw it was related to the oil pressure sensor.We contacted Royal Auto, and they immediately got in touch with Central Auto, instructing us to head straight there. What really impressed me was the way they handled the situation—no excuses, no runaround, just immediate action to make it right.Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. Things can go wrong with any used vehicle, but how a dealership responds says everything. Royal Auto earned our trust and appreciation.Highly recommend!

I came to Royal auto because somebody recommended their business for their cars and service. My niece needed a reliable safe car and we found one that was in our price range. The guys at Royal auto made it streamline and happen for her! I will totally use this business again and recommend them highly!

Straightforward buying process. Vehicle was in amazing condition. It was described that way but you never know with used cars. At Royal Auto they described it perfectly and made it a great and simple process.

I purchased a car here last year and I was very pleased with the experience. I've always bought from private sellers and avoided dealerships at all costs. But I found the car I was searching for listed here and went to go check it out the next day. The two brothers that helped me, Fadi and Moheddin, were amazing. This place is an example of top tier customer service. Very hospitable and no pressure. It was a very straightforward process from test drive and self inspection, to driving off the lot. The car was in great condition for a very reasonable price. No hidden surprises. In a world full of deception and being taken advantage of, you can trust that you'll be met with honesty and clarity here. I've recommended this dealership to a few people and will continue to do so. Fadi and Mo were great to work with. Had my eye on a 2015 Prius for two weeks while I worked out the logistics of the 2 1/2 drive to Bayport to drive/buy. Sales process was super smooth - not pushy - very professional. I've had bad experiences with "smaller dealerships" in the past. Not here. Love my car - highly recommend working with Royal Auto.

Just bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy Limited from Fadi at Royal Auto today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Fadi and his team were honest, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They allowed me to inspect the car properly, answered all my questions. This place is amazing, Fadi and Muhyi-Deen were so helpful and walked us through the whole process, very kind and respectful and gave us a good price, we drove for an hour to see the vehicle and they did not disappoint, all their cars have a clean title and are very well taken care of, if you're in the market for a used car but you're hesitant where to go, you have to go check this place out, they will work with you as much as they can to make sure your satisfaction comes 1st, will definitely be coming back for more purchases
