Fadi and Mo were great to work with. Had my eye on a 2015 Prius for two weeks while I worked out the logistics of the 2 1/2 drive to Bayport to drive/buy. Sales process was super smooth - not pushy - very professional. I've had bad experiences with "smaller dealerships" in the past. Not here. Love my car - highly recommend working with Royal Auto.

Just bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy Limited from Fadi at Royal Auto today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Fadi and his team were honest, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They allowed me to inspect the car properly, answered all my questions. This place is amazing, Fadi and Muhyi-Deen were so helpful and walked us through the whole process, very kind and respectful and gave us a good price, we drove for an hour to see the vehicle and they did not disappoint, all their cars have a clean title and are very well taken care of, if you're in the market for a used car but you're hesitant where to go, you have to go check this place out, they will work with you as much as they can to make sure your satisfaction comes 1st, will definitely be coming back for more purchases

These guys are really the best. Single father who bought a vehicle from Royal Auto and they couldn't have made it easier. Went from an unplanned test drive right into a purchase. The process was simple and was in and out in roughly 90 minutes with a new vehicle. I will be recommending this location to all my friends looking to purchase a new vehicle.

They showed me all the way around, all the features, showed me the car fax, took the test drive, came back and did the paperwork and was out of there. Mo and Fadi with Royal Auto were great to work with. Driving 400 miles from North Dakota to purchase a vehicle I was very concerned with what we would find when we got there. But when we got there and met the guys everything went like clock work . Vehicle was as described. We wanted a owners manual for the vehicle we purchased and it didn't have one so they ordered one for us. Very professional guys to deal with. Would highly recommend if you can't find the vehicle you want at home and they have it make the drive you won't be disappointed.
